I started doing winning daily rituals way before I was contending for Miss Universe. 

Back then I was all over the place, trying a million different things to be more productive, to feel more empowered to get any kind of edge I could get. I found out about daily rituals through a mentor and virtually every area of my life has become better since then. 
Here's how these habits changed my life:

I am an author, speaker, and a winning-mindset coach. I won Miss Universe 2005 becoming the first immigrant to hold this title. I am passionate about empowering everyone to live life as winners while continuously striving to improve. On the personal front, I am a grateful mom to one beautiful daughter Maya, and I’m married to my “dream partner” Dean, who shares my philosophy in life, work and purpose to serve others.
