General Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product/service, you have 2 weeks to request a refund and return it. Products must be returned with the original receipt and in the same packaging as received.
Refund Policy for Physical Products
We at Natalie Glebova Inc, commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
However, if an issue arises with inventory or quality, we may need to cancel your order and will notify you in advance. Refunds for online payments will be processed upon request confirmation. Note that we are not liable for damages during transit. Once the returned product is received and meets the guidelines, we will process your refund within a few days.

Due to the nature of digital products, such as ebooks and audiobooks, we do not offer refunds for these purchases.
Refund Policy for Masterclass with Personal Coaching
For the Masterclass with personal coaching:
> Refund Period: Within 7 days of purchase.
> Conditions: Refunds are provided only if no more than one personal coaching session has been conducted.
> Refund Amount: The refund will be the amount paid minus $340, which covers the Masterclass with one-year access.
